Setting up your workstation properly can go a long way to reduce strain felt from work. Your monitor should be placed directly in front of your eyes and set up so the top is at, or just below eye level. Your chair should be adjusted so that your knees are bent to around 90 degrees with your feet flat on the floor. The keyboard and mouse should be positioned so that your shoulders are relaxed, elbows are bent to around 90 degrees and wrists are level.
